Travelers should check the flight information screens to locate the assigned baggage carousel. If the baggage does not arrive, passengers should report the issue immediately to the Japan Airlines customer service desks located in the baggage claim area. 

Customs: Customs inspection takes place on Level 1. Japanese travelers do not need to complete a written customs declaration, but must verbally declare any restricted or valuable items if applicable.
