Air Europa Terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)

Air Europa uses Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy International Airport. Air Europa does not operate from any other terminal. Air Europa JFK Terminal is located on the south side of the airport. Alongside Air Europa, many international carriers serve here, including SkyTeam partners like Delta Airlines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. 

Air Europa Departure Terminal at JFK

Air Europa from Terminal 4 flies nonstop to Madrid. The airline uses Concourse A gates in JFK Terminal 4, offering daily evening departure around 9:55 PM (local time).

Check-in: The check-in counter is located on Level 4 of Terminal 4. Passengers must proceed to the international airline section of Concourse A. There are dedicated SkyPriority lanes for Business Class and Elite passengers. In addition, priority check-in is also offered to passengers seeking special assistance. 

Baggage drop: The check-in desk accepts the luggage not later than 60 minutes before the scheduled departure. 

Security screening: TSA checkpoints are located post check-in counter on the Departure Level. For standard TSA screening, allow at least 2-3 hours before departure, especially during evening peak hours. TSA PreCheck and SkyPriority lanes are available for eligible travelers. 

Boarding Gates: Air Europa uses Concourse A for boarding. Boarding gates A20–A29 range are assigned for Europa. 

Lounges: Eligible passengers of Air Europa can use the Delta Sky Club in Concourses A and B. These include:

• Business Class passengers

• Air Europa SUMA Gold/Platinum members

• SkyTeam Elite Plus travelers

Air Europa Arrival Terminal at JFK

Air Europa flights arrive at JFK Terminal 4. Air Europa JFK Terminal for arrival usually happens at Concourse A.

Immigration & Customs: Passengers must proceed to the Passport Control desks. There are separate lanes for U.S. citizens/residents and visitors. Global entry kiosks are available for registered travelers to expedite clearance. After passport control, passengers must pass through customs inspection. 

Baggage claim: Proceed to Terminal 4, Arrivals Level to collect luggage. Baggage carousels are assigned, and the details are displayed on overhead monitors. 

Exit Hall: After baggage claim, proceed through customs exit into the public Arrivals Hall at Level 1 of Terminal 4. The facilities include restrooms, waiting areas, and a currency exchange. 

Ground transportation: All transport options are located outside the Arrival Halls of Terminal 4. The signage for AirTrain JFK is clearly marked in Arrival Halls. The train connects the Air Europa terminal at JFK to all other terminals, parking, and the NYC subway. 

• The yellow taxi stand is located at the curbside of the arrival halls.

• Uber and Lyft have designated pickup zones outside Terminal 4.

Air Europa JFK Terminal offers a daily evening non-stop flight to Madrid or arriving from Spain. In addition, the airline has designated counters for check-in and baggage drop. The expedited security screening is available for eligible passengers.
