Security screening: JFK Qatar Airways departure terminal provides multiple security checkpoints that operate from 04:00 am until midnight. Passengers flying with Qayar Airways wait 15-30 minutes for security clearance. Eligible passengers can use TSA PreCheck or CLEAR lanes for expedited screening. 

Boarding: After clearing security, passengers enter the airside departure area of Terminal 8. Qatar Airways uses dedicated gates in Concourse B for its international flights. Baggage claim: Collect checked luggage from the carousels on the lower level. Check the information screen to find your assigned carousel number. If your baggage is delayed or missing, report the issue at the Qatar Airways baggage service desk located inside the baggage claim area.

Ground transport: Book a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft, pick up outside door 4 at JFK Qatar Airways arrival terminal. There is a dedicated stand for NYC Yellow Taxis.
